Catch a Mess of Catfish with Bullet Weights’ New Cat Packs Catch a Mess of Catfish with Bullet Weights’ New Cat Packs

There's more than one way to catch a catfish, so Bullet Weights has produced three new Cat Pack lead sinker assortments: No Roll, Egg and Bank. They are now widely available at fishing tackle and online retailers.

Ideal for river fishing, the No Roll is a slip-style sinker with flat sides to keep it from rolling across the bottom. It has a teardrop shape and a low profile that holds bait in place when other types of sinkers would get caught in the current. The No Roll Cat Pack includes two each of 1-ounce, 2-ounce, 3-ounce and 4-ounce sinkers.

The Egg Sinker remains a favorite among catfish anglers who desire weedless performance. Its egg shape helps make this slip-style sinker snag-resistant and able to roll along the bottom. The Egg Sinker Cat Pack includes two each of æ-ounce, 1-ounce, 2-ounce and 4-ounce sinkers.

A popular choice for riverbank fishing, the Bank Sinker has flat sides that help reduce tumbling and movement in strong water currents, while its tapered shape minimizes snagging in rocks. This Cat Pack includes two each of 1-ounce, 2-ounce, 3-ounce and 4-ounce sinkers.

Manufacturer's suggested retail price is $6.99 per pack.

"Our new Cat Pack line includes three common sinker types for catfishing, each packaged in a handy assortment of sizes," said Bullet Weights President Joe Crumrine. "Whether you're fishing rivers, lakes or ponds in the upper Midwest on down to the deep South, these Cat Packs are for you."
