Blade Bait Fishing in Cold Water Late Fall Largemouth Bass

On November 17, 2018 in 36 degrees and water right around 40 degrees, Trevor Paulus and I caught a bunch of largemouth bass with a combination of blade baits, umbrella rigs, and even a tube.
All fish were caught in popular ice fishing areas, which is ahead of schedule. This time of year should have fish in a fall feeding frenzy, but it has been unseasonably cold, dropping water temperatures to what is normal in December. Still, we caught lots of fish.
