 Bass Fishing / 971 Views

Fall fishing on clear, cold water for smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, and walleye can be challenging. Weather dictates everything. Windy, overcast days make fish active, but calm, sunny skies make the fish tougher to trick. This day with Bite Me Tackle owner, Greg Zellers, we manage to catch several smallmouth bass, plus some largemouth bass and walleye by slinging jerkbaits and blade baits in very sunny and calm conditions. Despite a water temperature of just 47 degrees, we saw schooling smallmouth bass in shallow water. This video shows exactly how, where, and how we catch these bass in these conditions.
