Danyelle Currier isn’t your stereotypical Michiana woman.
She’s a Middlebury, Ind. wife, mother and deer hunter. She’s a self-taught deer hunter who has had a passion for the outdoors since childhood.
And since November of last year, she has been owner of a deer attractant company that is turning the heads of deer hunters and the animals they are seeking.
Hunting is a family affair for Currier’s immediate family
Prior to buying Flawless Whitetail, she was a pro staffer with the company. But the Missouri company was falling out of favor with hunters and she decided to take it over and turn it around.
And man, has she ever.
Her first step was to improve the product by being more selective with the urines and ingredients she uses. She also got rid of fillers in products used by the previous owner that serve no purpose in assisting hunters.
“Most scent companies do mass collection of the urines and that just doesn’t work,” said Currier. “My family and I do strictly one deer per bottle because the pheromone levels in the urine are at different stages throughout the year, including during the breeding season.”In addition, her formula for Trophy Tine Mineral was carefully selected with more natural products to “improve reproductive function and healthy growth.”
Currier gets her urine from two local deer farms and plans to build pens on her own property and create a place where people can come see the process.
“Since I’ve taken over I’ve changed everything, to include everything from making product improvements to packaging and the website,” she added.

The renovation has paid off. Randy VanDam owner of D&R Sports Center in Kalamazoo and avid hunter said Flawless Whitetail is among the most impressive deer attractant products he’s seen.
Currier said she is committed to giving deer hunters tools that work and that produce positive results.
“If my products aren’t working for a hunter, I want to hear about it,” she said. “I want honest opinions and feedback. This will help make us better at producing a superior product for sportsmen.”
