Tanner and Hayley Hursh - 1st Place

Tanner and Hayley Hursh won the Southwest Michigan Anglers Club (SMAC) tourney in a tight finish on Eagle Lake Tuesday.

The Hurshes had 9.48 pounds topped by the big bass of the tourney, a 2.95 pounder. They fished drop-shot rigs and crankbaits in 3 to 15 feet of water.

Mike Granger and Chase Laughlin - 2nd Place

Mike Granger and Chase Laughlin were second with 9.16 pounds caught on jigs and crankbaits in 5 to 7 feet.

Drake Heath - 3rd Place

Drake Heath fished alone and had an 8.78-pound limit for third. He fished drop-shot rigs in 10 feet.

Chuck Powell and Louie Stout were fourth with an 8.64-pound limit. They fished Menace Jigs and tubes to catch their fish.

The tourney drew 17 teams. There were 15 limits caught.
