If you have trouble seeing your lure on forward facing sonar, Bait Pop provides a good fix.

Bait-Pop is a paste that you apply to your lure or jig head that makes the lure more visible on the forward facing screen. You also can apply it to your drop-shot sinker or even the line ahead of the lure to intensify visibility.

I’ve used to it and it does make a difference. You do have to reapply after a few casts, but it does make the lure standout more on the screen.

In addition, the Bait Pop was created by Dr. David Bethshears, the creator of the original Fish Formula. It’s added to Bait Pop to offer a fish attractant.

Bait Pop is available in bass, crappie, crawfish, walleye, ice fishing and salmonid formulas. The biggest drawback is a 1/2-ounce tube sells for $19.99, but you don’t have to apply much to get the lure to standout . It is available at Clear H2o and possibly other area tackle outlets.
