Noah Chambers and Jacob Meeker - 1st Place
Noah Chambers and Jacob Meeker eked out a win in the Arjay’s Wednesday nighter at Fish Lake Chain near Marcellus, Mich. last week.
The winners had five bass weighing 8.63 pounds on a night when high water from recent rains made it tough to catch a limit. Only three of 20 teams had limits. Chambers and Meeker caught their fish with jigs on weedlines.
Martin Hochstetler and Jonas Troyer - 2nd Place
Martin Hochstetler and Jonas Troyer fished wacky rigs on weelines to finish second with an 8.52-pound limit.
Hunter and Justin Kosmerick - 3rd Place
Hunter and Justin Kosmerick were third with five for 7.52 pounds. They fished jigs on outside ends of points.
Chris Yoder and Edward Bontrager - 4th Place
Chris Yoder and Edward Bontrager won the tiebreaker for fourth with four bass that weighed 6.74 pounds. They fished deep weedlines with jigs.
Josh Roberts and Steve Martin - 5th Place
Josh Roberts and Steve Martin were fifth with four the weighed the same, 6.74 pounds. They also fished deep weeds with jigs.
Ryan Hershberger and Dale Raber - 6th Place
Scott and Carrigan Carpenter - 7th Place
The ClearH2O Tackle first out of the money spot in sixth place went to Ryan Hershberger and Dale Raber with three bass weighing 4.62 pounds caught on wacky rigs while the Michiana Outdoors News tackle pack for seventh was won by Scott and Carrigan Carpenter with a pair of bass weighing 4.42 pounds on jigs caught in shallow weeds.
Aaron Zimmerman and Cody Zimmerman - Big Bass
Aaron Zimmerman and Cody Zimmerman won the Tackle Shack Big Bass prize with a 4.04-pound largemouth also caught on a jig.
The Jaywalker Restaurant junk fish pot was won by Maynard Hostetler and Marvin Bontrager with a 3.94-pound pike.
