Arjay’s Report

TJ Reed fished alone and won first place and the big bass pot in an impromptu Arjay’s tournament on Lake Templene Saturday.
There were 12 boats enter and 11 of the teams came in with limits.
Reed’s limit weighed 14.30 pounds and included a 3.70-pound big bass. He fished jigs to win a total of $320 pounds.

Second place ($180) went to Maynard Hochstetler and Marvin Bontrager with five that weighed 11.98 pounds. They fished wacky rigs and Neko rigs.

There was a third place tie between Steven Wickey/Jeremiah Yoder and Jeremy Siler/Brock Howell with 11.32 pounds. Wickey and Yoder won ($120) the tie breaker because their big bass weighed 3.02 pounds and Siler and Howell’s biggest fish was 2.98 pounds.
Wickey and Yoder fished spinnerbaits and Chatterbaits.
The Open raised an additional $150 which will go into the season-ending Classic pot.
