Butchers Baits Report
Shannon Combs and Eric Moore fished drop shots in 15 to 20 feet to win the Butchers Baits Sunday League on Coldwater Lake over the weekend.
The winners had 11.03 pounds and won the big bass pot with a 3.10-pound largemouth.
Dustin Wynburg and Chad Hodge were second with 9.14 pounds by fishing jigs.

Martin Hochstetler and Jonas Troyer were a hair behind second with 9.12 pounds. They were using lizards and stick baits.
Equally important was the action of two competitors who rescued another competitor who fell into the lake.
Rod Siler, who was fishing with his son, fell into the lake and was unable to get back into the boat while clinging to the side. Both men called for help and Heath Musall and Tyler Philly responded quickly and were able to help lift the elderly angler back into the boat safely.
Congratulations to Heath and Tyler for their quick actions to avert what could have been a more serious incident.
