Dan Linn and David Kennedy First Place

Dan Linn and David Kennedy won the Juno Lake Big Bass Challenge last week with 12.69 pounds.

The winners fished Senkos and frogs shallow to pocket $460 for the win and a bonus $40 for having the second biggest bass, a 2.69-pound largemouth.

John Gipson and Tom Noe were second ($320) with 12.51 pounds and had big bass of the event, a 3.87-pound largemouth. They fished shallow with soft plastics.

Chuck Powell and Louie Stout were third ($220) with 10.56 pounds caught on jigs and frogs. Brett Gessinger and Mike VanderReyden were fourth ($120) with 10.15 pounds.

The next event is at Diamond Lake Aug. 10 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
