Michiana Singles Report
Small bass – all largemouth - dominated the Michiana Singles event last weekend on the St. Joseph River at 6 Span bridge.
Terry Burgess won with five bass totaling 7.35 pounds. He also won big bass honors of the day with a 2.65-pound largemouth. Burgess earned $310 total for his catch by using wacky-rigged worms in shallow water.
John Dixon finished second with five weighing 7 pounds. Dixon also had the second biggest bass of the day with a 2.55-pound largemouth. Dixon took home $140 by using jigs in shallow water.
Third went to Al Shinabargar who had five for 6.95 pounds. He used Ned rigs, wacky worms, and Chatterbaits to earn $90.
