Jared Tighe and Dan Baerwald fished jigs in 5 to 25 feet to win the Michiana Fishing League tournament at Paw Paw Lake Sunday.
All but one of the 16 teams brough 5-fish limits to the scales and the one that didn’t had four fish.
The winners, who said they fished jigs, had 17.45 pounds topped by a 4.17 pounds kicker.

​John Gipson fished alone and finished second with 16.08 pounds. He fished 2 to 10 feet with a weightless worm and jigs.

Third place went to Chuck Powell and Jacob Shapland who had 15.92 pounds by fishing Pop-Rs and Senkos in 4 to 6 feet of water.

Jeremy Velthouse and Mason Harris won the big bass pot with a 4.54-pound largemouth. They caught it in 3 feet of water on a jerkbait.
