MFL Report

Shawn McDougal and Christopher Stamm Sr. won the Michiana Fishing League tournament at Webster Lake with 14.51 pounds.
The winners found their fish in 2–5 feet of water and primarily fished jigs. Their biggest weighed 4.64 pounds.

Kyle and Tanner Banks were second with 13.44 pounds. They also took home Big Bass honors with a 4.84-pound largemouth. They were fishing deeper, targeting 8–12 feet using a mix of jigs and Texas rigs.

​Third place went to John Gibson with 12.92 pounds. His biggest was a 4.25 pounder. He stayed shallow in 2–4 feet, catching his bag on a weightless worm and a frog.
Sixteen teams competed and there were five bass over 4 pounds were weighed in.
Additionally, Rich Miller took the critter pot with a 3.26-pound musky.
