Fenwick Redesigns Elite Tech RodsFenwick Redesigns Elite Tech Rods

As anglers grow increasingly sophisticated in their techniques and presentations their equipment must be able to keep up. Fenwick's revamped Elite Tech line of species-specific rods for bass, walleye, trout/panfish and big predators gives anglers a true tactical advantage.

Fenwick Elite Tech Bass offers seven spinning and 11 baitcast models for most every bass technique including dropshot, Texas rig, flipping and others. These lightweight rods are precisely balanced to be comfortable for hours of non-stop fishing and sensitive enough to feel the most subtle bites. Simply pick a technique, choose the Elite Tech Bass rod to match it and fish like a tournament pro.

Elite Tech Walleye rods are available in 11 spinning versions and one baitcaster with fast and extra-fast tips. Walleye can be very finicky and the medium-light and medium actions on these rods are ideal for precise, delicate presentations whether fishing with crankbaits, jigs, spinners, spoons or soft plastics and live bait.

Elite Tech Bass and Walleye rods feature 100 percent high-modulus graphite rod blanks, deep-pressed titanium guides that eliminate insert pop-out plus a unique lightweight split-grip (bass) and full grip (walleye) Hidden Handle design reel seats with sculpted TAC inlays for optimum control.

Elite Tech River Runner spinning rods are designed for most finesse fishing situations and light fishing lines. These rods have the feel of a high-end fly rod with the Hidden Handle TAC design and spigot ferrule for stronger connection and a crisp action. Seven models are offered.

Big, aggressive fish are no match for the Elite Tech Predator. These rods are big, tough and powerfully built to wear down toothy behemoths yet lightweight and balanced for a full day of fishing. The fish may wear the angler down, but the Elite Tech Predator rod will not. The TAC handle delivers a solid grip. The rods also feature reliable stainless-steel guides with zirconia inserts and a beefed-up carboloy tip. Five casting rods and one trolling rod are offered in the Predator series.

MSRP for the one-piece Elite Tech Bass, Walleye and River Runner rods is $149.95. MSRP for the Predator one-piece casting rods is $199.95 and $129.95 for the two-piece trolling model. These will be available in the fall of 2014. All Elite Tech rods come with a limited lifetime warranty.
