The new Pflueger Patriarch XT low-profile baitcast reel merges the very best features in a baitcaster with a lightweight design that makes it tough to beat. This reel tips the scales at a minimal 6.28 ounces (slightly more than an iPhone) making this the lightest reel in its class.
To be this light, the Patriarch XT incorporates a rigid aluminum frame with carbon inlays in the body trim. Sideplates are infused with C45 carbon and the ergonomically shaped carbon-fiber handle is finished with an EVA knob sculpted over a carbon-fiber core. Durability and performance remain paramount to the Patriarch XT, with features not typically found on competitors' reels, including the Cam-Lock side plate, which allows for quick brake adjustments without fully detaching the side plate.

Bandit was founded in 1976 by Jim Winter, who launched a series of spinnerbaits at that time. In 1980, Bandit exploded onto the crankbait scene with the 200 Series, which has evolved into one of the workhorse crankbaits in competitive and recreational bass fishing. Bandit eventually launched other famous models such as the 100, 300 and Footloose series.

We inspect every rod sent back to the factory, and if it’s a problem or break due to material or workmanship, G.Loomis will always cover it with our limited lifetime warranty. And now, when submitting a warranty claim, anglers no longer are charged a claim review fee. If the rod is covered by the warranty, a replacement rod is sent at no charge. If it’s not, anglers can pay $95 ($120 CAN for service to Canada) to replace any broken GL2 or GL3 rod, or $120 ($145 CAN) to replace any NRX, GLX, Pro4X, IMX or blended graphite rods.
