Zoom Baits Report
Zoom's Z-Swim 3.8 Combines Action and Durability
Zoom Bait Company announces the release of the new Z-Swim 3.8, a ribbed swimbait that swims naturally, emulates a wide variety of baitfish and can be used from the surface down into the deepest lairs of wary bass.
Savvy tournament anglers have utilized this style of lure in all types of water for several years, but the addition of a model featuring Zoom's special touches will make it substantially more effective.
South Carolina pro Brandon Cobb, winner of the 2019 Elite Series tournament on Lake Hartwell, as well as the recent Texas Fest on Lake Fork (where he averaged nearly 7 pounds per fish over the course of four tournament days), called it "the perfect swimbait." He noted that "it's durable yet has a soft body that stays on a jighead, while still offering a great swimming action."

Zoom Beatdown
Zoom Bait Company announces the release of the new “Beatdown” soft plastic, a stubby finesse bait that the company says will take Ned Rigging to new levels of effectiveness.
“This is a technique where the key is to do less and don’t overthink it,” said professional angler Gerald Swindle, a two-time Bassmaster Angler of the Year. “If you want to experience fast action and lots of bites, you need to let it do its thing on light line, usually 6- or 8-pound test.”
Swindle worked closely with Zoom’s designers to make sure the Beatdown combined some of the best of the competition’s design features with additional characteristics that make it user-friendly and more effective.
